Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Lakewood

I don't understand how you consider this store a authorize dealer, these guys are a complete RIP OFF. My sister and I went there to change our service from sprint to Metro Pcs, for one thing the service was terrible. One lady in the store waiting on 3 people at a time, no wonder she didnt have time to tell us we would have major problems if we didnt switch over to Metro Pcs phones because sprint was not compatible. I found that out after going to a corporate store on St. Clair, Cleveland East side. Thats where we spent over 200.00 on Metro Pcs cell phones and also where i found out how bad we got screwed on the deal 2 weeks before at the Authorized Metro Pcs store on Detroit. When they found out we were having problems with our phones a week later after we came back from vacation, they told my sister we couldnt get the free phones the offer was only good for that day but the lady who waited on us told us something different that Saturday we open our account. We also found out when the problem continued with the service, that our phones had never been restarted. I would not recommend this store to anyone, if anything i would tell friends to stay away from the Authorize Metro Pc Dealer...

I'm a previous Sprint customer. My brother and I went to this Metro PCS store to transfer our existing phones over to Metro PCS. They told us we could do this without any problems. Well that was two weeks ago, and our phones lost functionality, connection to WI-FI, and couldn't receive or send calls. When I went back to this store, less than a week later, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I asked for tge two free phones that we never got, and was told we couldn't get them. Well why not? Signing up with Metro PCS guaranteed us two free phones that we didn't get, so what haopened to those phones?

My brother's phone stopped charging once we got on Metro PCS network. So he went to a corporate store where he was told that THIS store on DETROIT screwed us!!! We were told that this store should have never let us keep our current phones, as Metro PCS doesn't use the same network/towers as Sprint anymore. So our existing phones would never fully work! We had to PAY for two new phones that were offered free the week before when we first signed up!!!

We will never do business with this store again!!! ...

I purchased a brand new phone from this store and the microphone seems to not work most of the time. I returned the phone and she suggested to turn the Internet and Bluetooth off while using the phone for calls. I did that and it did not change anything. I again returned the phone and the representative said they would not replace it, but she can reach out to the manufacturer to replace, however, I would probably not be a "new" phone, but a refurbished one. I reluctantly agreed. I returned a few days later when the phone came in. I was informed there would be a charge of 27.00 for them to give me the replacement . To sum up, I purchased a NEW phone that didn't work, the store refused to replace it, the manufacturer sent a REFURBISHED phone, then the store wants to charge me AGAIN to replace the malfunctioning phone that they sold me. Outrageous!!!! Horrible,...
