This store is the worst by far! I do not understand how anyone can let their employees treat people so horribly. The old Samoan women need to be let go! I've never in my life encountered such horribly miserable people! Every time I go in w/out my purse they card me, but the day before I had my ID in hand and wasn't asked for it ! Tonight the lady laid into me . I told her I'd go get it, then my debit card waz having issues. This lady was so irritated that even after I mentioned 3xs she didn't allow me to put in my info for my ,15 cebts off per gallon. I was actually surprised that they were still open however the drive through is hardly ever open why even have it if you're not going to operate it it doesn't take 4 people at the counter and 2 at the back window it's customer service it's a no-brainer be nice to people be kind to people I'm pretty sure that that was my last go around with that store! It's no wonder why they're so such a high turnover rate! And not that I have anything against them but why are there always homeless people there's a lady that she doesn't bother anyone and she's been out on that corner of the exit of that store app on the street in the sidewalk she's been there for months why doesn't somebody help her I've never once I've seen those workers help people there is a rude there is one guy homeless that I bought a Sandwich for 1 night and I asked them if they would give it to him because I didn't want him to know that I bought it How hard would it be for them to do that they weren't even letting him shop That place is disgusting and if I could get a Following to boycott it just like everyone did Budweiser idea really happy girl. Can someone please answer me this? This store suffers from an attitude problem. My husband went in with $6.25 on one of my cards and $0.75 in change the goal is to purchase an item that costs $6.90. The second he finds out it is a split payment he tells me it can't be done, and it'll mess up his till. Both my husband and I having worked similar jobs know that isn't true. An easy way to handle this request is to simply type in the exact amount of cash given then the customer is able to use their card for the rest. He didn't like that my husband insisted he do this. The payment kept failing, he insisted it was because the payment can't be split. I think he's doing it on purpose because he's annoyed . Idk how any retail stores can keep business going month after month when the employees treat and talk to you however they would like. I have come to this gas station "TONS" of times and only a few (maybe 2 tops) of the visits I left not regretting going to Nisqually Markets!!!!

I'm not sure who the store manager / GM is but whoever it is I think corporate needs to take a real good look. Cause at 3:40am right now when I was in the store the manager was behind the counter along with 3 employees ( like Overkill it's not busy at all). The whole time I was in the store the employees said many rude things towards me and a friend yet the manager just looked straight ahead as if he didn't have a thought in his life.
