I have called twenty times today. No one answers and then it beeps....I called other KFC/AnWs they answered but we're not related to this one. I eat fast food twice a month. I really dig their double cheese burgers. I came thru and did a house order that didn't include my order, of a double cheeseburger. I called, there was an answer of a Manager...nice. He apologized and compensated with my name on a wall with two doubles cheeseburgers for free. Super great. I will be back yadda yadda yadda I go today ask for said cheeseburgers and the biggest onion rings you have maybe I said large...young guy at the speaker says Uh ..we only have one should be of onion rings. To which I say...That would make it your biggest, I will take that. Thank you. Total at the window he says. I get to the window get asked if there was bacon, I said no. Pay, go to spot to wait, short wait, smiling young man brings out food with no words. I say thank you. Drive away. Get home. Eat bite......ton of salt. 2nd bite....ton of salt( I was a young food service ass at one point...mad cook about free food all of a sudden the lid "falls off". I took a third bite cause I give chances....sh*t ton of salt. Ugh) So I have tried calling to explain and return for a low sodium saturated option. Yes it is only $12 of cheeseburgers..but I care about the fact I chose this place cause I think their products are on the better side of fast food. Which I only eat twice a month, did I mention that?! No fru fru coffees, no lunchtime burrito or microwave meal. I eat FAST FOOD OF ANY KIND TWICE A MONTH. Dig your products mostly when made respectfully, your staff is like,.95% awesome. I would just like a couple of your AWESOME DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS PLEASE. 😁😁 Thank you and keep up the good work. (Side note. You know who it was Mr Manager reading this...just move them on to their next...
Read moreWorst experience with this store. My father went to this store to order a bucket of original chicken. When they got home it didn't look or taste right. He came back to the store and talked to a guy named Chris which he stated he was the manager. He told my father it was original and didn't do anything. So my dad came over to my house. Mind you he's 72 and didn't know what to do. So I called to fix this. Talked with this Chris guy. He told me he remembered him. Told me it was original. I told him if you clearly looked inside the bucket it was clearly dry and burnt. Chris tried to tell me he didn't ask for an exchange. He told me he was a low volume store and tried to make excuses. Asked for the corporate number and he stated he was a franchise. Asked for the owner and refused to give me the number. I had to drive myself and got it exchanged. Don't know who this Chris guy is but does not represent KFC in a good light. Way to take care of your senior citizens. I did take a picture of the chicken but don't know how to upload the picture for proof. Shame on Chris...
Read moreThe girl working the drive-thru was okay. She wasn't overly friendly, but neither was she rude or condescending. I guess efficient would be the best term to use. However, the guy who brought out the food had a serious attitude problem. He brought out a bag of food to us but didn't bring out the drinks when we were asked to wait. We asked him about it, and he snarled a reply that, "she's working on it! She's working on it!" Unfortunately, not being mind readers, we had no way of knowing this without asking. He didn't have to be rude in his response. We were in no way rude or demeaning and asking the question. We were asked to wait in a waiting area for the food to be delivered and when it came out, there were no drinks with it. So we politely asked about it. Then got a snarled response. After receiving the drinks, several minutes later, he walked away three steps turned around and asked so did you get it? Definitely will not be going back to this location. The girl working window was competent enough, but the guy bringing out the orders source the entire experience...
