There rules and what they offer change by the hour and we went in and the woman behind the pharmacy counter without speaking the the pharmacist would not help us and when I called to ask if they had something I was asked for my birthday to look up my profile when I said I never had to do that she very nastily said fine then within seconds not enough time to check told me no they dont have them. I feel they would allow you to die without helping you and to lie instead of just saying I don't do that they say the store doesn't the rules should be a acroos the board not change by the hour based on the pharmacist and then have them lie and say its the stores rules. I would understand if I wasn't being lied to but how unprofessional disrespectful childish and they don't have to be rude just because you don't know anything about me your gonna look down your nose at me maybe it should be the other way around just because your a pharmacist means nothing you can still be a...
Read moreWould give no stars if possible. I arrived today (Sat. 20th 2022) to discover that, once again, this pharmacy's pharmacist has not showed up for work and that I could not pick up my medically necessary medications. I wish I could say that this was the first time that this has happened at this store, but it is not. This is the second time this issue has occurred to me at this store in this year alone, and once again it will cost me another day at work because I cannot get my medication. This is the second time that I have lost a day's worth of pay because of a medication problem caused by this store's gross incompetence and negligence.
If you are a customer, I highly recommend at the very least going to the CVS pharmacy over in New Hope or Flemington, as I have only encountered this problem from this store in Lambertville.
Avoid this store - because you never know if you will be able to pick up your pills on the day you need...
Read moreDon’t go here. Things are not ready when they say they will be (same day - 8 hour window) because “we were busy.” No apology. I told them to transfer my scripts and they flat out didn’t so I’m still stuck here because I’m very sick and very tired. I was here Saturday and the old guy said I was filling my cash paid script too soon (it wasn’t an insurance block). I’m trying to fill a drug that is flying off shelves and barely made anymore - no one has this. If I go without it I’m bedridden and can’t even feed myself. I explained this to him. I went to another CVS and the girl said the block was there and I explained the situation briefly, and she refilled it absolutely no problem. This CVS just needs to go away. Sloppy and no help even in extenuating...
