The Village Square strip mall in Lambertville has been closed since Aug 29, 2021 due to a flooding event from Hurricane Ida to the basements of the stores. Panda Bistro is one of the occupants of the Village Square group and has been closed since that date.
I have been going to Panda Bistro for years and now am concerned that they are going to re-open ever. None of the Village Square stores have re-opened since 08/29/21, except the Mexican grocery. Please, if owners of Panda Bistro are listening - we miss you!
Addl. update: I have found another chinese restaurant I like, which is Panda House in Milford, NJ. Their cooking is similar to my missing Panda Bistro, which I believe is still closed. But, I happened to mention to Panda House how much I was missing Panda Bistro - and she said she knew the owner of Panda Bistro and that they will be reopening soon.

I’ve been going here for years and I always look forward to the healing properties of their lunch special after a night when I’ve had one too many. They have a soft $20 credit minimum so keep that in mind when ordering. Plan on taking out; they have a few tables but I think the owners/staff are still taking social distancing very seriously and prefer (but don’t mandate) that guests don’t dine in.
