Worst Mi Ranchito in the Antelope Valley.

I have made three attempts previously to purchase food from this location and changed my mind at the register. Today, a few coworkers said they were going to order from there so I decided to order through Uber Eats. I ordered a shrimp plate, Camarones Empanizados. The shrimp was freezer burned and as hard as a rock. I called the restaurant to advise of this and they offered to replace the food and offered a free drink. I opted instead for a 3 taco plate. When I arrived, they had the replacement meal but told me they were no longer offering the drink because the 3 taco plate cost more than the shrimp plate which is not true.

Even if it was more the resolution offered to me on the phone call was not provided and I should have just opted for a refund. Will not go back to this location and will encourage all my coworkers to support the other location about a mile...

The food is decent even though I’d prefer the one in palmdale. The customer service is meh 🫤 my spouse needed to use the restroom he was literally about to use it on himself so he asked to use the restroom mind you the whole reason we came was to buy food the cashier tells him he has to be a customer to use it which he states he will be but he really has to go she said no you have to buy first before using the restroom. I’ve never in my life heard of a place of business telling a customer they can’t use it til they purchase their items , like so if he would have peed himself then what? I then go in the use it after and was told the same thing purchase or no bathroom use I inform them I just purchased my spouse came in for me .
