I’ve been to this nail salon twice and both experiences were bad. The nail tech I had was super friendly and that is why I don’t want to put his name out there but he was the worst nail tech I’ve ever had. The first time I went, I got seated about an hour before they closed and I was getting a full set with gel done (as I usually do when I get my nails done), the nail tech was taking his time with it but when shaping my nails and using the little machine he was constantly hitting my actual skin around the nails and it was painful. I ended up being the last customer in there and 7:00(their closing time) was approaching. Realizing this, my nail tech started doing a rush job on the nails, and I walked out of there with a gel full set manicure without the top coat being on! I was very upset because the manicure became very matte and I had to come in a day later for a touch up! A week and a half later I went in for a fill and unfortunately I received the same guy and I decided to give him another chance. Worst mistake. This time I decided to do regular polish on the acrylics. He started doing my nails and shaving them down when I asked him not to, he reshaped the nails, and some of them came out looking one shape on one hand and a different shape on the other! He shortened my pointer finger after I told him multiple times not to do that and responded with “it’s okay I know what I am doing” and once I showed him what was wrong he didn’t really understand why I was mad and when he realized what it was he played it off like he didn’t know . After these two experiences I will never be returning back to Zara Nails, since this place was new I decided to give it a chance but you all disappointed me big time and lost a customer . TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I’m only giving two stars because my first experience here was pretty good, but my last one was HORRIBLE. I wish I had gotten the techs name but I didn’t. She has longer black hair that she keeps pulled into a ponytail and you’ll know who she is because she rushes and does a sloppy job.

My pedicure was completely done in 17-20 mins. She barely did any cuticle work and prep, didn’t offer me anything to drink and made sure to not engage with me. I asked her if she worked on the three toes as she was proceeding to my other foot. She said yes, but had done nothing. I tried greeting her and making conversation, but she never replied. Barely buffed the surface of my nail, no real scrub for my legs and the hot towel was off my meds in less than two minutes. She then proceeded to paint my original bright green OPI color I selected.

When I glanced at my toes since I get regular polish, it was extremely streaky and unevenly applied. I had to get one of the other techs to have her come back and she said “It’s because of your nails”. I’ve gotten bright greens, neon yellows and other colors before and never had that issue. She never apologized and just said “You want another color”? I wish I had taken a picture because why would I leave with a streaky pedicure?

I unfortunately had to pick a color I didn’t desire and the pictures you see are the result of that. My nails are not evenly shaped, top coat is not applied over my nail and of course my cuticles look dry and not really treated.

No I did not leave a tip and I won’t be returning. I love the convenience of the location, but I do not like wasting money or time. I’ll stick to Lavender nails or Noire at the outlets. At least it is always a job well done on a...

I went in to get a quite simple design and she couldn’t do it, didn’t do the design, left my nails too long and it took over 2 hours just to get something I didn’t want. & also she charged me 120 dollars and choose her own tip amount. Not happy. at all. I left this review and they responded with “We are sorry about your experience. However, taking time doing nails is part of making sure they are done right. Removing and getting a new XL set with nail art provided by the image presented takes time and also cost extra. Given the instagram / Pinterest image we can only provide similar as we are not the exact artist that created the image. The art was a pretty simple design and done by one our master artist. Also, we always show how to tip due to many clients having issues using our device. We value your feedback.“ She didn’t show me how to tip she chose her own 20% tip and the design requested wasn’t even done and I was still charged way too much, every person I’ve mentioned my nails being 120 dollars for long french tips they have told me it’s outrageous and to not return which I will not be. The “master stylist” took 1 hour and 30 minutes to file acrylics and not even do the design I requested. Absolutely ridiculously.
