I received a call today about my bill being due today, which I had already paid it online and then she told me she didn’t see the payment and asked me if I signed my documents. I explained to her I had signed my documents and received a verification email and the money had come out of my account. My thing is you didn’t even allow my account to be a day late and you’re calling. First when I walked into the business it was super clean. I was greeted by the manager as soon as I walked in the door super sweet very professional. I had to wait about five minutes while they were assisting her with her customers who seemed to walk out very happy. I sat down with one lady I can’t remember her name who was fantastic with me.
