Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lanett

My 8 year old son loves Sonic so when I passed by this location he made me promise to stop on our way back home since we weren't from this city & a long way from home. The lady on the headset had us repeat the order at least 3 times as she said she couldn't hear in her headset so she walked out to the car & directly took the order. It took at least 20 to 25 minutes to finally get the food out to us. I looked in the bag & my order had tater tots but I specifically asked for French fries because my son & I both hate tater tots (she took the order standing in my face but still wrote it incorrectly) so this took another 5 or 10 minutes to correct just for French fries... Imagine my frustration with a hungry 8 year old with ADHD in the backseat... I gave the lady my debit card to pay for the order & she took my card and walked off to another vehicle handing out food... Who does that?? Swipe my card & give it back... She finally gets back to my car 5 minutes later & drops my card on the ground and instead of picking it up like a normal person, she scooted my card on the gritty ground with her foot & now my debit card is all smudged & scratched up on the back... This is my first & last time coming to this particular Sonic... Worst experience I...

We always order on the app by always I mean atleast twice a week. We usually go late because we’re night owls. Tonight the app was down so we drive down there. Pull up to the stall and were told We would have to go to drive thru. (Usually there are signs when this is the case) We pulled around to drive thru and were told inaudibly they would be with us as soon as possible. That turned out to be quite a few minutes..atleast 10. When she came to take our order which would have been 2 blasts we were told she had just turned off the ice cream machine so it could be cleaned. This was 15 minutes before closing but we had already been there 20 minutes. Seemed like we were waiting for her to come take our order while she turned the machine off. For a place that sells that much ice cream they shouldn’t turn the machine off any earlier than closing time. One of the worst Sonics I've ever been to. I love sonic because they usually are good fast and have good workers. Not here. Going in, the speakers hardly work. I had to repeat my order several times before she heard me. I ordered a large Sonic Blast and a RT 44 Dr. Pepper (the lady on the intercom even read this back to me). When they came out they were mediums. I told the server they were the wrong size and she said they did not serve large icecream??? But large ice cream is on the menue?? Not to mention I always order large icecream without a problem. I said okay, well what about the Dr. Pepper.
