We were traveling all day when we started having car trouble. We stopped at a gas station and the check engine light came on. My husband had a handy reader and discovered the engine was misfiring. A quick google search suggested we a bad spark plug. We called the closest auto parts store for them to say they were closing in 2 minutes. I searched for other area auto parts stores and came across this store. They were very kind and helpful. We made the 12 minute drive to them and they were more then gracious. See we had our two small boys with us and it was gonna be awhile for my husband to try and fix the car and it was cold. Christian and Austin gave me peace of mind and showed us so much kindness while we were passing through. They offered me a chair and a warm place for me and my boys to hangout while my husband went to work. They loaned him tools and even checked their car to see if they had a spare jacket he could use while working in the cold. They even said to take our time he would stay open as long as it took to make sure we were safe and out of the cold. 45 minutes later and we were back in business.    Read moreI bought a new battery and had it installed. It took a long time to install and the associate struggled to get it in place. I didn't understand why. Immediately following that, several electronic features stopped working. I knew I'd need to re-set my clock and some other things, but did not expect to actually lose features. I was told by them to drive the car a little and the features might re-set. I found that hard to believe and of course it didn't work. Now I have to go to the Nissan dealer to get my features fixed, at a cost to me. I'm fairly certain the associate did something during installation that messed up my features.
