I bought sofa bed three month ago for guests, and the sofabed look very good the first and after they sleep 5 days the mattress spring start come out and disappoint me. I try to call them and send technician to check and he was surprise too, and told me they will resolve with in a week. One week pass and no one called me. I called and talk the manager Jeff and told me that they will take care with two days. Again one week pass, i didn't have any option I called for my credit card company and told them the issue, they investigated and refund my money. After all this happen afyer a month the manager Jeff call and treaten me to take the sofa the same day. Really where is customer service? My experience in the store was good but I am not please with the item because I received it damaged, I bought 2 lamps that cost $300 I told them I did not want a floor model, he was like no he will not give me a floor model. 3 weeks later a female call to inform me my items were ready for pick up.
