Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Takoma Park

I ordered ahead of time. Asked the at the window if my order was complete and if I could have straws. I noticed my orchata drinks were warm to touch. The lady at the window cut me off and said yea everything is in the bag. The bag for safety is super sealed. I pulled over to inspect my order. Of course, I was missing a family soze fries, there WERE NO straws in the bag, and my drinks didn't even have ice in them. I had to gonl waste time, get back in the drive thru and let them know. I gave her my receipt. She still looked at the receipt and said I didn't order fries. I'm looking at her with so much confusion and not trying to cause a scene and pointed it out to her on my receipt. She acknowledged it and gave me my order. I'm not shopping at pollo campero period. I used to come to this location more often but throughout the last four times I came I asked for grilled chicken. Three of the times I was in the Drive-Thru two times I got fried Chicken. One time I got grill. This time I went inside asked for grilled chicken to go confirmed grilled chicken and I still walked out with fried chicken. Is this because I'm black or what? Because it makes no sense that three or four times I'm walking out with fried chicken instead of grilled chicken. Now I have to check my order more than McDonald's every time I think about going to this location and I called to make a complaint after walking over half a mile home pulling a tool kit about them giving me the wrong chicken again and nobody in the restaurant can understand a single word. I was at the Langley park location I place my order they told me I had to wait for about 10 minutes for the chicken because it was cooking. I said it fine then when I get to the window I payed and I asked the cashier if could have a curtesy cup of water because I had my 8 years old daughter that was thirsty. The cashier told me that they don't have curtesy cup only regular cups and that she could not give some water. I told her that I have not her i have not heard restaurants don't give you curtesy water especially been in this area " Langley park " I asked her if I could talk to manager she went and ask the manager and when the manager told her to give the cup of water this girl was very upset.
