My family have been supporting this bakery for over 20 years, likely much longer. We've probably ordered over 300 cakes in that time for all our birthdays. I have had bad cakes from them. I let it go. This time for my mom's 60th birthday - worst cake we've ever had. I had to call. I had to say something. A dry cake when I specifically ordered it extra moist. The writing was also lopsided on the cake and I just took the cake because I didn't want to bother them.

I pleaded my case for half an over on the phone and their team didn't cake how long I had been supporting them. I never complained once to this establishment when we've had bad cakes before but to see the sad look on my mom's face when she bit into her 60th birthday cake BROKE MY HEART.

Please do not support this bakery. They will not care about you as a long time customer.

Thank you for ruining my mom's 60th birthday cake and doing nothing about it. They've gotten really lazy over the years. Cakes aren't the same but I was always happy to support out of habit.

Nothing lasts forever.

Amazing experience at Casa Blanca Bakery. Arrived in a Tuesday evening about 6:30pm and it was packed with men collecting pastries and breads to bring home to the dinner table.

I enjoyed the chocolate cake and the AWESOME INCREDIBLE DELICIOUS espresso cake!!! OMG.

Loved the atmosphere of a quality family bakery. Everyone was friendly and the product was great quality. Will definitely go again.
