Rainbow Shops — Local services in Lanham

If I can give this store zero stars I would. The workers are UNPROFESSIONAL and obviously don't care about their customers. I bought a pair of furry slides that I've been wanting for a while last weekend and I wore them for the first time last night when I went out to D.C. Well after wearing them for 1 hour the feathers started coming off and I had to put on a different pair of shoes for the rest of the night. Now I paid $12.99 for these shoes so I expect them to be worth as much but they lasted 1 hour. I go to exchange them (not even return) and they tell me no because they LOOK like I've been wearing them for a while. Wow Rainbow. There is nothing on my receipt that says I cannot return any item that I purchased with my hard earned money. I work at a professional job all week long so I would not have had the chance to wear these at all until the weekend. I have returned them at a more professional Rainbow and will never shop here again.DONT SHOP HERE...
