Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

My order was buffalo wings with 8 bread sticks and a normal pepperoni pizza and the cashier said can you wait like 20 minutes. I said sure I got all the time in the world. 13 minutes in a customer comes in places a order and the cashier said it should be out in about 10 minutes. 8 more minutes go by and I get my order me and the cashier look at the order and tells me everything I order. Then I start to walk to the door and the customer complained to the cashier that it is taking to long and the cashier was nice by saying "I'm sorry we don't have your order,I'll let you know when it's ready and then the customer leaves to his car.i felt bad about the cashier so I sayed have a good day and left. I would give them less than 0 if I could, someone hacked my online account last night and ordered 80 dollars of pizza from this little Caesar’s (I live 4 states away) as soon as I got a notification it was ordered I called them right away (not even 5 minutes after order was placed) and they wouldn’t cancel the order and they told me to call their customer service and gave me the wrong number. On top of that they would not let me speak to a manager after I asked several times...now the hassle I have to go through to get my money back when they simply could’ve...

I ask to have the cost of the Pepsi I told her to refund the pepsi. "I gotta get a manager" Manager comes out, does something at the register And hands me a receipt and says i will get refund in 5-7 days ... and THEN GRABS ENTIRE ORDER OUT OF MY HANDS. I said i only wanted my $ back i paid for tge Pepsi. She says I can't do that. I have to refund entire order ... NEVER AGAIN WILL...
