Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

let start off by saying that i have a taco bell jibbit on my crocs, so as a taco bell fanboy i am upset at the service that i received from this location today. the cashier “Micheal H” must love to give taco bell guests a hard time as the woman in the drive-thru continued to deny an item that i was charged for to begin with. the woman in the drive-thru failed to provide a receipt for me so i had to go back and show her what was missing in my order. it started when she charged me for a completely different combo than what i had asked for so i didn’t even get the food i wanted to begin with BUT on top of that i asked for an extra side that i was charged extra for but was never placed in the bag. after going back and forth a few times she came to realize that there was a charge for the extra side and told me to come back around the drive-thru again but her tone was actually so disgusting, i did not go back around when i was right in front of her for the second time because i was afraid that she would spit in my food. this location needs to do better. plenty of options around this area and it won’t take long for people to look elsewhere. i probably won’t ever come back...

I want to like this Taco Bell so much because its front line customer service during breakfast (i.e. the lady who works the drive-thru on weekdays at that time) is by far - and I really mean BY FAR - way, way better than any other Taco Bell around. Also, this Taco Bell's prices are a bit lower than other locations. Unfortunately, though, this Taco Bell is completely incapable of making a Sausage Breakfast Crunchwrap properly. No cheese, no sauce, barely any egg, and a terrible substitute for the hashbrown: very old, very brown, and very inedible potatoes that - if they were safe to eat, which they weren't in my case - are meant only for a Grande Breakfast Burrito, not a Breakfast Crunchwrap. The morning I went, I sadly ordered two Crunchwraps. I wish this Taco Bell had just told me they didn't have the necessary ingredients for the Breakfast Crunchwraps so I just could've not wasted my money. Two stars only because of how wonderful the lady working the drive-thru was; otherwise, I would've written about the need for reviewers to be able to give...

I asked about the $5 triple double which comes with 3 items and a drink. I said oh, It comes with a drink, I dont want the drink. The girl, with glasses, in the drive thru told me ok that'll b $6 somethin. I said, so It costs more with the drink, she said yes. I said so i said I'll just take the drink. I get to the window, she said that'll be $4.13, I was like cool, I guess she took the drink off. Then she hands me a bag with 1 thing in it. She took everything off and just gave me 1thing. I guess I got the double without the triple. Way too many fast food restaurants to have to deal with some chick who just wants to give you anything so you'll leave. Oh yes, and I look in the bag and there are 2 sause packets not just the in the paper bag, but laying on top of the food that's inside the taco wrap after shes been touching the sliding window and all the other things in that store.
