Tacos Kissi — Restaurant in Laredo

I ordered the seafood platter. The food was fair. The fish tasted old. The bread wasn't soft or warm. The french frys were mediocre. The service was poor. I was offered no water and the drink I ordered didn't come until my meal was half finished and I had to ask for it two more times. My meal came way too fast for fryed seafood which means it was not freshly cooked it was precooked and they just warmed it up. I asked for my check and the waiter never returned so I had to go to the register and get it myself. When I paid with my Visa I told the Manager I was leaving a cash tip on the table because I don't put tips on my card. So I left the tip on the table and later I discovered they had illegally added a 20% tip on my card in addition to the cash I left. Also they had an armed policman standing by the register watching everyone. There is no excuse for that in a casual restaurant in that location. Went in for Sunday breakfast at 10:30 after church. Waitress gave us breakfast menus then came back told us breakfast was over,even though the menu said till 11:00. Brought us lunch menu. Still all this time hasn't asked us for a drink order. We get ready to order, and order,but to have the waitress tell us that those items aren't ready yet or out of them. I ask for manager, she comes over and doesn't have a clue. Tells us that her cooks are new and she's having trouble with her deliveries 🙄🙄. Then out of nowhere the waitress comes and tells her, Don't listen to me and that I'm being obnoxious right in front of us. We got up and left. If I could give this place lower than a one star I wish I could. Waited 20 minutes for a table that their were other tables available to sit. Finally got sat on one and then after that waited 10 minutes for the waiter to come and then he shows up. But he's the dumbest thing. He ask what kind of refreshments I wanted, I ask him what kind he had. Gives me a huge attitude saying it's in the back. Bro I just barely got the menu. Then I ask what I wanted but he stands their speechless and then walks away.
