I came in for a manicure 12/13/19. Didn't seem like they liked having a walk in, even though they had enough staff. The woman who helped me was very unfriendly and rough with my nails, and kept telling me I was so sensitive and even said that maybe I shouldn't have manicures! The color was uneven and lumpy, and the UV light mechanism was all sticky. She cleaned it for me but had to check it first to tell me I was wrong and that it wasn't sticky... But it was. It was nasty in there! I put my fingers in there several times, you'd think I'd know... There were three other women having mani-pedis and the staff helping them were talking and having a great time. This lady was short and rude with me the entire time. I wish I could remember the staff name who "helped" me for the purpose of this review but honestly her service was so bad her name isn't worth keeping in my mind. I couldn't even be paid to...

What a great vibe, space and people. 💜 I've been going for 3 years now and they're always so kind and helpful. They recently did my daughter's Mani and Pedi (She's 5, and nothing intense...just a nail cut, buff and paint and massage). This made my heart smile. Honestly, if you have a complaint, they hear you, and listen and will rectify it in a minute. I messed one of toes up after the technician painted it, and she took care of it and did not shame me for the mistake. If anything, use compassion and humanity to proceed forth. In addition, generally fills should be every 2 weeks, at a certain price, and if a you come a week after, or two, you get charged more. It. Makes.Sense. it takes the technican more time.

Lastly, Be human. Be reasonable. If your nails break after two days take responsibility and appreciate that they're willing to re-do at a no charge. #Behuman

I’ve been going here 7 years now. I had my daughter’s 6th birthday here with 4 of her girlfriends. I’ve done acrylics, standard manicures, gel manicures. All the pedicures! Anytime anyone asks me where to go I send them here! You’re welcomed with offers of water, tea, coffee. The whole ambience is clean and relaxing, you’re not bombarded with the usual nail polish smell. I have really bad ingrown toe nails, so I need more than the standard rub and polish on my pedicures and Kim has such great attention to detail I feel like I’m her only customer. I’ve never been rushed and I’ve never had to wait long. EVER. I can go a month in between appointments, although I don’t like to! Everything lasts and I work full time in healthcare so I’m always washing my hands and putting them to work. 10/10 would...
