Dave Gardner was the absolute best choice! He helped us sell my Dad’s Estate in Larkspur after he passed away. Dave is well known in the community and the locals couldn’t say enough good things about him. This was not Dave’s first rodeo with dealing with the sale of an Estate and he went above and beyond to make the sale as seamless and pain free as possible! He was so helpful in navigating this process which at times was very emotional for us. My Dad’s home required a LOT (understatement ) of TLC in the 1 acre yard and some touches in the home to make the house look decent for sale . Dave offered himself and his team to help clear the yard and haul garbage away in addition to some TLC touches and small repairs the house desperately needed. Dave and his team are amazing ... Period. I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars!!!!! My husband and I were first-home buyers and quite honestly knew very little about the home buying process — which made us nervous about the whole thing.
