Flavours Catering NM — Local services in Las Cruces

Very unorganized operation! Catering staff arrived late including catering supervisor Jessica… Their attire was fit for McDonalds…and service was about the same.. Drinks were included in the catering contract and as bad as it was settling for Pepsi products…. They were passing out the cheaper Crush stuff and there were no diet soft drinks as per our request and contract. They even were trying to charge us for an already contracted amount of sodas for our guests …. Real Dirtbag like behavior. We had issues with tables not being prepared with table cloths and the Fulton Center not cleaned . So, it took an hour’s wait to complete our decorating . We had requested to Stephanie that we needed an head table. There was none and when we asked for one, this seemed to be a hassle. Again, Jessica was a mess and her Customer Service skills or lack of ….were very disappointing. As a proud Aggie Alumnist, I was looking forward to having my 50 th Birthday Party, at the Fulton.Center, with the view of Aggie Memorial in the background; however, it was not worth the price we paid ….. I easily could’ve rented some large commercial tents, porta potties, made my own bbq brisket, and had the band that I paid for come and perform here at the farm and have a way better time!

Lastly, we were charged double for the bar-tending tip fee!

I truly recommend others that may want to have a party catered by these clowns 🤡 to think otherwise; especially if there maybe UTEP miner Alumni in attendance
