Tonight was my 2nd time coming to this place and definitely the last. Haven't been out for a couple of weeks so decided to grab the kids some ice cream from here. Got there at 7:30pm and got home at 9:30 pm. The 2 ladies there are extremely slow. After 40 minutes of waiting outside we decided to keep waiting since we were already there and only 4 customers ahead of us and still took forever. I was not planning on writing a bad review because of wait time until I received BAD customer service from the older lady I think she said her name was Janey or something similar. Not only did we wait so long but she was complaining non stop to the other customer about how busy it had been all day and people tend to ask for a lot of stuff! All while talking without a mask, sweaty, into the ice cream she was serving, no social distancing whatsoever. My husband did not want to leave since we had already waited enough but was extremely upset as well when they kept saying it was too late to make stuff we wew asking for, I told the lady we would have came earlier but map says you close at 10pm and with a bad attitude got very close to my face and said that wasn't her area to take care of and I needed to call the owner about it and I told her she could let them know to fix it and she kept coming back being very rude telling me that's not her job and if it was a problem I should call, so I asked for her name and here I am writing this review. Disgusting the way they work, bad customer service, need to organize yourselves more, if u are so work so slow and close at 8pm, close the door at 7pm ! This women even had us let others behind us know we'd be the last ones they were gonna serve and that is NOT my job but I was nice enough to help them with that. Learn some CS or quit your job if you're not...

I had ordered nachos and 2 corns on a stick, without the powder chili because it tastes like candy. The bald guy that refused to say his name (he said he was the owner) with a horrible attitude replied back its chili powder. I replied back yes but it tastes like sugar, so he then grabbed the corn and threw it in the trash upset and gave me $5 back without a single word. My daughter had to say excuse me we asked for a new one not for our money back. He rudely turned around and said fine, made it but upset and slamming everything he touched. You sir have horrible customer service. Even you taking our order was rude and impatient.

2nd response: You are partially correct on the fact I wasn’t the initial person that came in, It was my daughter and her friend. (My apologies for that, that’s me taking ownership of my mistake for not clarifying correctly-the food was for me /daughter & was paid with my money) For you to respond that nobody has said anything about the taste of the spice prior is irrelevant since this is my experience not theirs. Besides, I was not the only person that felt uncomfortable in the way you spoke to me. I came to you kindly and without hesitation you sir came to me off wrongly. The audacity of you to respond with incorrect statements rather than accepting your mistake and apologize, then move on. This isn’t the first time you’ve done this. I’ve came in once before and have seen you act this way with other clients. I’m sure you have cameras in your store why not review the clip? I just loved this place... we have been here a few times before but the snacks and deserts were so good we either forget to take some pictures or we eat all of what we ordered before we can take pictures... but this time we got a few... this little place is right next to the Marianas market... if you looking at the market it's on the right hand side you cannot miss it... it has brightly colored yummy dessert pictures on their store front... today we were craving for the Mexican corn... since moving to vegas this has been one of our favorite snack food... and of course being junk food junkies we had to have the Doritos nachos with just a little jalapeno peppers... but before we had their frozen bananas with different toppings like nuts/sprinkles/and other candy toppings... their sorbets are yummy too... i had this frozen strawberry in a carton and they put fresh strawberries, whipped cream, strawberry waffers, sprinkles and chopped nuts... this is one of my favorites... there are soooo many things on their menu... everytime we have a hard time choosing what to get... the owner is super nice he alwayz gives us good picks and he makes all our snacks fresh right there in front of us... he makes everything looks and taste so yummy... one of my...
