Vista Pools LLC — Local services in Las Vegas

We’ve been working with Vista Pools for our weekly pool service, and I can’t say enough great things about the team. They don’t just show up and do the basics—they handle everything from minor repairs, changing filter cartridges and cleaning the saltwater generator cell to more involved services like a full drain and acid wash, which they recently did for us.

Beyond the day-to-day upkeep, what really sets Vista Pools apart is their responsiveness and professionalism. Whether it’s Scott (the owner), Tonya, I get prompt replies every time I text (which is my go-to way of communicating) They’re transparent about what needs to be done and what it will cost, and they never hesitate to send someone out the same day if there’s an issue.

One of the standout team members is Josh, a supervisor who recently performed our acid wash. He’s genuinely one of the kindest and most knowledgeable people we’ve worked with. Not only is he extremely respectful and pleasant to have around our home, but he also takes the time to explain things and answer all our questions. Both my wife and I enjoy speaking with him (it’s clear he’s passionate about what he does and takes pride in working for a great company).

On top of all this, Vista Pools is incredibly well-connected in the local community. Anytime we’ve needed a recommendation—whether for tile cleaning or a tech issue with our remote pool panel—they’ve had the right person ready to go.

We started using Vista Pools for weekly service in the summer of 2024. At first, things were fine, but this summer the quality of service dropped significantly. Our technician, Manny, seemed more focused on upselling additional services than actually maintaining the pool. Over time, the pool became consistently low on chemicals and eventually unsafe to swim in.

When I raised these concerns with the general manager, he admitted there was nothing he could do because he wasn’t the owner. After I explained we would be ending our service and finding a new company, he asked for a chance to fix the issue — but at that point, things had only been getting worse, not better. A technician who was filling in for Manny even commented that while he's had pools “get away from him,” he’d never seen anything like the condition of ours, and regretted being assigned to it. While Vista Pools may be a good company for others, we can no longer justify giving them our business.

Update: to make matters worse the email sent after service (attached) says our pool is now sparkling clean. When in fact it is still...

I have had several other pool services over the past seven years and I can say that the service provided by Vista Pool Service is the best I have ad. Roberto is my pool man and he is very personable, and is a professional in his work.
