Guy Fieri has gone on a lot about this place so it's been on my list to try for a while now. Since we live on the far side of town from this and there's so much good pizza available here that we don't really need to travel for the good stuff here like we did in our home state of WA, I was waiting for the right opportunity to meet up with someone visiting from our of town. That opportunity finally arrived and we made our plans. If this were in the Seattle area where there were exactly two decent spots to get a pizza when we finally fled in 2019. this would have entered regular rotation for us. In Las Vegas where you can't throw a rock without hitting good pizza, the pizza is pretty good but not so great that we'd drive the 25 minutes to get to it just for the food. Don't misunderstand, the pizza is very good. The crust is crispy but chewy like I love it and the prices are on par with similar offerings. We're not into the bar vibe but it isn't a deterrent. The server was very friendly but not particularly attentive. We went some long stretches without drink refills. When I was a kid, Shakey's existed in WA. I guess they still have one spot left in Renton but it's in a place so far of the freeway that it's mostly just patronized by neighborhood locals. The location in Auburn was my parents favorite pizza. Understand that my parents would be well into their 90's if they were still alive and they remembered exactly when pizza arrived in the US. I believe they were in college at the time. They loved it and we went to Shakey's every week in the 70's and most of the 80's when I was young. they liked it with mushrooms and olives, which I still don't care for. As any good parent should do, they ordered what they wanted and told me I was welcome to pick off anything I didn't like. the result was that I didn't really start to like pizza until I was in high school and I could go with my friends and order what I wanted. The thing I did like was their epic salad bar and that became my favorite part of Friday night pizza with my family. Because of that, if i eat pizza in a restaurant, I usually get some salad. It's part of the experience. Back when Pizza Hut used to be good, salad was part of their pizza buffet and my friends and I ate there nearly once a week. Same deal with Godfather's. When my kids were young, we took them to an awful WA chain called Alfy's that had comfortable restaurants with activities for kids. We could hang out with our friends who also had young kids and chat while the kids played and ate. Little kids don't care about cardboard pizza with ketchup sauce but for me, I just ate the salad. In our last few years before we left, we found a restaurant that had a pizza and salad deal where the salad was so good, I pretty much just ordered it for the salad and ate my pizza the next day as leftovers. With all of that, I was pretty happy to see what per the description, was a pretty decent salad on the menu here. As it turned out though, it was terrible. It looked like something you'd get in a high school cafeteria in the 80's and had American Cheese on it, which is a crime against food. I avoid fast food hamburgers primarily because I hate American cheese so much. I believe it was described as being cheddar on the menu but it was most definitely not. If the salad had been what it appeared to be on the menu, this might have been a destination spot for us.

If you're looking for incredible food, great drinks, and an unbeatable vibe, Four Kegs is THE place to be! I can't stop raving about this spot—especially their mouthwatering Stromboli, which is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, loaded with gooey cheese and savory fillings on the inside… it’s an absolute must-try. But the amazing experience doesn’t stop there. Rich, the bartender, is a LEGEND. Not only did he craft some of the tastiest drinks I’ve had in Vegas, but his hospitality and charisma made the afternoon unforgettable. He’s the kind of bartender who remembers your name, your drink, and keeps the good times rolling with great conversation. The atmosphere at Four Kegs is cozy, welcoming, and full of locals who clearly know this is one of Vegas’ best-kept secrets. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite, watching the game, or just hanging out at the bar, you’re guaranteed a fantastic time. I wish I had more pictures to share, I usually do but we were so entertained I forgot I had one. Final Verdict: Amazing food (seriously, get the Stromboli!), top-notch service, and Rich behind the bar = a winning combo. Do yourself a favor and visit Four Kegs—you won’t regret it! šŸ•šŸ»šŸ”„ #FourKegsVegas #BestStromboliEver #RichTheBartenderMVP

We have been going to the Four Kegs for over 35 years. But in the last few years, it has definitely gone down hill :(. Service is not as friendly as in the past. Styrofoam plates are a bit difficult to cut on for sure. The Strombolis that were ALWAYS AWESOME are no longer made the same. Cheap meat and the crust was doughy. Not to mention, they charge 99 cents for the Marinara sauce in a somewhat melted Styrofoam bowl. The chicken fingers were always great in years past, now they are definitely budget. We ordered them mild, and mild dauce was drizzled on them..lol... they are not tossed in sauce at all. Not once did our waitresses ask if everything was OK. Just refilled drinks with no interaction. I know things change, but change sucks when a place was so good. I was born and raised here, and it sucks that a LOT of the good ol' vintage places have changed 😄

I usually love this place and they have some friendly staff (like Sara she's awesome)....but this review is for tonight. And I never thought I would be so upset with this place as I am tonight!!!! I got a waitress who I only seen in a supporting role to my favorite waitress Sara previously going solo tonight. And service was terrible, she was going so slow from getting food that was ready to cleaning the tables. I could see her chatting with a large party most of the time I was there while the food sat on the kitchen window. I got there at Midnight to get the Boli special and hot wings. Then 2 other parties got there WELL after I did, maybe 10 and 20 minutes. I was there till 1PM waiting for my food to come out and she only got me 1 refill on my water. I kept trying to stay busy by using my data to surf the web, but after almost an hour wait it became hard not to notice it was taking forever and to add to how incompetent she was I saw a lot of food at the window but she was failing to pick it up. When she finally picked it up I thought some of it was mine, but to my disappointment she gave them to one of the parties who came 10mins after I did. OK I thought as long as mine is in there...BUT then all the food was gone from the window and she brought it to the guys who came 20mins after I did!!!! I was upset and let her know that I came well before they both did and have been waiting an hour.

I was so mad I left without getting her name but later found out it was Kim, she appeared to be Latina or white, short but overweight, and usually is wearing a cap. She was unapologetic and rude!!!!! She tried to BS me that they called in and ordered before I came, but it was not true I saw them get menu's. She tells me they are regulars and that get this...."it's Labor Day and SMART PEOPLE call in ahead." WOW I was so pissed she insulted me like that!!! I was a regular too so this was very upsetting. She only offered to cancel the order, I didn't want to cause I waited over an hour at this point but her attitude and service was unacceptable! I told her if my food is not the next one out that I am leaving. She went up to the window and it was obviously not my order. I think she messed up and forgot to put it in but gave me this bitchy attitude not wanting to admit it! So I left but on my way out I talked to a bartender I normally am friendly with. Disappointingly he told me no manager was available but apologized unlike the waitress. He just told me to call the manager Mario during the daytime. I'll update you if this goes well but after this I may not want to ever come back and it's a shame cause I'd say in terms of food it's my favorite restaurant in Vegas...but I will not come back to support this horrible woman!!! UPDATE: I originally gave them 1-star but upgraded it to 3 (didn't do 5 because of Kim). I called Mario and he was already told I was going to call in and he was appalled and apologetic I got such terrible treatment from Kim. He offered to comp what I didn't get this night, which I have since claimed. Thank you Mario, it was extra delicious!!! I also talked to Sara when I came back and she was shocked and apologetic too. All went well on the follow up but I hope Kim gets fired, cause I will walk out every time I see her again. But thanks to the other good staff I will be...
