I ordered for delivery and it never came. Says pending pickup, so I walked over and they said it was picked up 2 hrs ago and oh well, call the number. So, I did. The driver wouldn't answer me nor the CS, so since it never said delivered, CS refunded it. Responding to the order confirm text number did nothing. I lost access to the free Any Burrito coupon and had waited 2 hrs by that time for no food. I returned via drivethru and ordered a del burger ($2.99) with 2 added patties ($1.20each), but even after repeating it, the guy charged me for a double del ($5.29) plus one patty($1.20), so it was more expensive. I've ordered the del with 2 extra patties before, so idk what the prob was. The parking design is dangerous and not practical. When I asked for my bun to be toasted, they said no. Multiple times the shake machine is not available, even at other locations. I prefer the Rancho Smoke Ranch location, but I'm always standing there about 20+minutes for my order when no one else is there. Whoever cooked my burger on Mother's Day at 1am made it amazing, but it's been just regular tasting ever since. I waited 30 minutes in the drivethru that time but thought it was worth it for a burger made like that. Sure tasted toasted to me. Don't put a hot burger on a cold bun. And why are the patties so thin and then you wonder why I want to add a few.The app only lets you add one patty.** update june 27: so I went to get a burger and 2 chicken tacos using a a mailer coupon for a free taco. When i pulled up to the drive thru there was another car in front of me which took them or the Del Taco employee a long time to place/make their order which was a total of 5 minutes. By the time it was my turn, i was greeted with a "give me a second" and waited for about 2 minutes before i could place my order. Then employee finally came back and nonchalantly said "go ahead" like if i went to her house to place my order. Really female, last time i checked your at work getting paid to work and you have a pay check because people like myself are there to spend our hard earned money. I still placed my order and was not asked about my sauces, i usually always get asked even as i tend to forget. As i am about to drive away i remembered and reversed and asked for my sauces. I get home and my tortillas are raw and cold you can tell this because they were broken as they got folded with the fish. The fish was undercooked not even hot enough to keep the tortillas warm for the drive home. The fries were undercooked as well they were cold on the inside and undercooked. The amount of time waited i would of expected all of it to be done correctly. I have gone to many different Del Tacos on the east side and have received better quality of food, quicker service and even customer service substantially of higher standards. Read moreThey took our order, my husband waited for the food while I took our daughter across the parking lot for her food. It took me 15 min to get back, meanwhile Del taco had waited and served several people both inside and thru the drive thru and still had not even started our order. They only started the order after I approached the counter.
While they were making i saw them refill the sour cream containers and put some on the burrito I had ordered. I had ordered it WITHOUT sour cream. So I asked the manager if I could have both burritos without the sour cream as I ordered. She bold faced, looked me in the eye and lied saying "oh it's not sour scream, it's white sauce " I insisted I did not want it. She made one with the sour cream and one without. I handed her the one with sour cream and said "this one has sour cream on it" she again lied, trying to tell me it was white sauce. I again insisted that I wanted it the way I ordered. She proceeded to get nasty in Spanish about me, assuming that I couldn't understand her, and tossed the burrito on the other counter and threw another one together.
She was very unprofessional and rude, not to mention she lied and tried to give me something I had clearly asked NOT to give me and got angry when I wanted what I paid for.
