The store was very nicely kept. The chairs and tables look comfortable, The decore was cool, and I liked the layout of everything. The man I spoke to was easy to talk and told me about all the community events they hold, which got me more excited that I found a new place to go to and participate in Yugioh. I do have a sour taste with the customer service aspect I had so I'm putting two stars. I went in blind and with excitement to get back into competitive Yugioh after a decade long hiatus. I didnt really get much of a answer when I asked what sets were good to buy when getting back into the game. All available sets were put in front of me. So I picked a box of the newest set and a box that was considered for collectors. After doing research when I got home, turns out the newest set isnt very good for competitive decks and was way overpriced. I paid $144 for two boxes that would have been $87 on Amazon with free shipping, for non-competitive relevant cards.. I understand a bit of a premium to help a local card shop but to get bad cards and pay extra makes me feel like I got taken advantage of being a not so knowledgeable customer which I was up front about from the jump. I might visit again to see the community but I won't be buying anything here again without heavy research I'm getting a good deal.

I walked in off the street since we play Pokemon Go in the area and asked if Harrison if he could teach me about cards, He was more than happy to educate me and my kids on Pokemon and even did a trade while showing the values of the cards he was trading using TCG Player. What a great experience we will be back for the Pokémon Tournaments on Sundays. Great Store and Great People.

The owner is very robotic and kinda rude, I tired to buy a storage box for my cards since I needed them urgently. I asked the clerk then was rudely interrupted by the owner in our conversation to ask what I need. I told him I need a storage box and he said "yeah we don't sell that" staring at me like I asked for to borrow his car. Never once apologized for not having it, just being robotic. That was the whole reason I came here since other shops sell them for a few bucks. Instead I just laughed it off.

Been here for a few hours and the environment takes after it's owner, everyone acts like they've never met new people or a human before. Ignoring them or just being very unfriendly. Also the tables are very confusing, half the players are in the back playing Disney's card game while in the middle is pokemon then its mushed in the middle having Yugioh/Pokemon. Rather than separate days the owner tries to force them in one and that's just annoying for players.

The shop is also very hot and has the weirdest smell you can imagine. Also he/his team allows their dog (it seems from research it's the store pet, which is very strange) around in the shop, I don't have an allergy but it seems disrespectful to the people that do have one. The dog kept smelling around player's shoes or floor like it was trying to find some food.

People come to shops to relax and meet new people rather than online for human interaction but if it's like any other the shops in Nevada. People are just going to stop going like me. This was my first time going to a card shop in 6 years since the Wii Play Games owner intimidated me over selling some card for $2 (I still don't understand how they're the biggest game store in nevada).

Won't be coming back especially since this is very inconvenient to me (I live 30 minutes away) rather than shopping online.

Update (10/2024): I came back just to see if the owner took my criticism since I wanted to trade a few things with other customers not with the store, nothing really changed besides there was more staff this time and the moldy booklet of the store's tournament rules had more dust on it. I read it and no people do not follow the said rules.

Ironically enough I don't dislike card shops or video game stores in nevada (I was friends with an owner before he closed down) it's just that most of the time Owners don't update prices (this store sells a Legendary Duelists: Duels From the Deep Booster Box for $45 when a box is max $32 on a bad day) or the owners are so boneheaded that they were rather fight with customers then they wonder why their shop closed down a year later.

More of a personal issue yet this store also promotes a lot of Flesh and Blood for some reason. The whole game promotes this Singles outselling Boxes culture, which is horrendous and only benefits sellers. I wouldn't recommend getting into this especially since the game is...

The store is really cool, especially if you’re into the TCG game and community. They have a large selection of Pokémon, Disney Lorcana and a nice selection of the new One Piece game they do weekly and live tournaments. Some of the staff were very approachable and knowledgeable about the games. The only thing that held me back from giving the store. A five star was one of the employees, who, to be fair, was working the counter when they normally work the back of the store. This made it a little bit unwelcoming for me. I was in the store for right around 20 minutes before even greeting or giving me some real assistance. You can’t hold it against the person for not knowing about the particular game you play, but they also did not make an effort to find the information that I was looking for, like a particular card or giving me the product to search through. But once the young man with the beard showed up, he did an exceptional job of customer service. He talked to us, engaged in whatever question we had, had an answer for it, and then you saw the young lady’s energy shift where it became more of an overall welcome experience. But if you’re looking for a place to play around with some good people, very competitive prices ( some of the best prices I’ve seen), and if you’re in the Disney Lorcana they have the most single enchanted cards in the Vegas area, whether you’re new to the TCG world or if you’re looking for a place to play and be around other gamers, I highly...

I want to start by saying that I usually never have to do this. I play the One Piece card game and have been playing since Set 3. I’ve participated in various tournaments, and while each one has its own unique challenges, they usually remain enjoyable. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this store.

I purchased two tickets for an online tournament hosted on 12/28/2024. In the first round, I lost because the judge awarded the win to my opponent due to “lag.” While this felt unfair to me, I accepted it and moved on. However, I requested a refund because the ruling on this matter was unclear, and the judge’s decision, along with the tournament host’s handling of the situation, seemed lazy. Network connections are not always stable, and that shouldn’t be a deciding factor in a competitive match.

When I tried to resolve the issue with the store owners, I was ignored. This was incredibly disappointing and contributed to an overall weak experience. The only reason I’m writing this is because they plan to host regular webcam tournaments for $25 per ticket. To save some of you time and money, I recommend attending local tournaments or finding better webcam options.

As other reviews have pointed out, the owners are rude and lack the basic customer service skills needed to run a business effectively. Customer service is everything, and unfortunately, that’s not a...
