This is my second vist my first vist was very disappointing as well however this visit My daughter and I came on Saturday Oct 12th. When we left out of the nail shop, neither myself or my daughter were happy. I paid extra $20 for something called a cat eye.However, the Polish did not depict anything other than just a glitter polish. Also, the nails were shaped very weird and there were bubbles everywhere. Then the next day oct 13th The polish started peeling all over So I was extremely disappointed. So I went in on tuesday and spoke to the young lady that had previously done my nails and she agreed something did not look right.She told me to come back later that day.So that she could fix it. I asked her if I can come back the following day which was Wednesday and I did the experience that I had this time to me was unacceptable. I feel like for the inconvenience they should have just fixed my nails. But I told the young lady that I would not use the same Polish because I did not want to have the same experience so because I was changing my fingernails I needed to also change my toes. I told her that I would pay for it if need be so they charged me for every little thing.I paid the extra 20 dollars when I had just had my nails done on that saturday I didn't want anything more to just have my nails look, the way that they should have been on Saturday, which means they should have been shaped correctly. The Polish should not have been bubbling. And I always prefer my nails to be the same color ,my toes and my hands to match i aksed her to shape them.and she said It would be an extra fee. So I chose to just leave them and go home to cut myself. Extremely disappointed, and I will not go back.. And? There is actually another...

Where do I begin! I found this place on Groupon , spent $35 on the Groupon but their original price is $50 for a pedicure. Mia performed the pedicure and I couldn’t have HATED it more. She literally soaked my feet , pretended to take off dead skin/cuticles but I saw there was nothing coming off and TRUST I had a lot of dead skin I haven’t gotten a pedicure in months. She then proceeded to paint. No massage, no callus removal, no real dead skin removal NADA. Nothing you get in a basic pedicure. She kept messing up the paint and having to use the file to file it off. She had no costumer service , was awkward in conversation… it was genuinely a horrible experience and I will not be going back. I literally could’ve done the same thing at home. I had to come home and callus remove my feet and take the dead skin off myself. 10/10 DO...

I’m going to share with you a nice warning they are very nice there, but they’re not very good. I’m not sure what I paid for because she didn’t cut my nail or shape them. The whole point of getting a pedicure is to have your nails trimmed because they get to be too long and I’m pissed off. Actually I just spent all that money.To have to have another one in a week. I’m going on vacation so I can’t afford to go have another one done.
