I been to this shoppers multiple times and every time I come home with something spoiled. I went 2 weeks ago for some beef and had to walk 45 mins BACK to return the beef because it was rotten. I got eggs one time and it was bloody. I bought some cheese and when I opened the can the top was BLACK with some liquid in it. Most of the chips are stale and taco stuff.This week I went for some food and my chicken was packaged with HAIR throughout the meat, corn was moldy and so was the strawberries. I told the produce section and they didn’t really care. Just said if I see anything more I should throw it out. I don’t know what type of people these are but I don’t work at shoppers. I’m not doing your job. I called to talk to the manager and he was no help so I’m going to the person above him. Or call the people about food because I would not continue to pay a lot of money for food that isn’t EDIBLE. When I find the pictures of the meats I’ll be...

Really never had a problem shopping at this location. However, tonight I felt disrespected because I was racially profiled and followed around the store by the short stocky Caucasian security guard that was on duty. Its insulting to know that you probably make more than the employees in the store including him and be profiled as if you were going to steal from Shoppers. As a black person you can't even go to the grocery store after the gym without dealing with ignorant people. I'm sure others that have proceeded have set the tone for this kind of suspicion based on skin tone and attire. This is unacceptable, but I will no longer shop here. I normally like this store. I needed to pick up an item in the Amazon Locker today. When I arrived at Shoppers I found that one side of the building was Entry Only and the the other Exit Only. Inside there was a barrier that forced me to go all the way to the back of the store and then back to the front of the store to exit. Not at all clear what this was suppose to accomplish. The Amazon Lockers are at the very front of the store, so the barrier turned what would have been a 60 foot exposure to the inside of the store, into at least 6 to 8 times that. This current setup funnels everyone in the store to the same exit. This needs some serious rethinking.
