Final Boss Comics & Games — Local services in Lawrence Township

I gotta say, the owner of this store(and one of his customers!) went above and beyond "customer service". I found a bunch of brand new and older comics, all were priced very reasonably, and spent some time talking to the owner, employees, and other customers. Very comfortable atmosphere for comic fans and kid-friendly. As I left, I found out that my car wouldn't start. Owner came out to the parking lot, gave me a boost, and the car still wouldn't start. One of the customers came out and helped us figure out the problem It wasn't the battery, it was an anti-theft update that locked my engine and wouldn't let it start. As a lifelong New Yorker, I'm not used to people being so kind and helpful. These dudes went way above and beyond what most people would do to help a dude out, and it speaks a lot to how this guy runs his business- he's not in it to gauge customers, he's in it for the love of comics and pop culture. I have been coming to this shop since they opened. It has quickly become my favorite comic shop and I have not missed a Wednesday comic book day since my first trip. If you have a weekly pull list they even include free bags and boards, very nice touch! The owner, Floyd, is supper friendly and there is always a great group of regulars there to shoot the breeze with. In addition to the comics they also have a great selection of board games, classic video games, and collectibles like action figures and funko pop. If they don’t have something you are looking for don’t hesitate to ask as Floyd will keep an eye out, he has helped me fill out my TMNT collection with many missing back issues. Very nice little shop with a great kids section! Stopped in with my 6 year old tonight (Friday night around 6:20pm). The man working was super kind and asked my son what types of characters he liked and helped him pick out a new book. Even gave him a couple of freebies ahead of the free comic book day.

They’ve got a ton of older stuff plus all the new series like dogman, Minecraft, etc. that my son is super into. Even had a great selection of Bluey, Spidey & friends and batwheels for my younger one!

Prices were very reasonable and it was an overall great experience. It would be a great place to pick up a gift for kids as well since they also had games and activity books and a great range for kids of all ages. We will...
