Insane price gouging on some items. Stopped in recently and was surprised by how high a few prices were. I understand that antique stores often charge more for unique or rare items, but some pieces were marked up far beyond reason.
For example, a rug with its original $60 retail tag still attached was being sold for $220. Seeing the original tag makes it clear this wasn’t vintage or rare, just a drastic markup. Some other items were fairly priced, but these extreme markups were hard to ignore.
