Very disappointed in Cotter. We purchased a trailer from them years ago and was happy with the quality/service. We needed another trailer and contacted them in April to order the same one. They took the order and said due to supply issues, we'd have the trailer in 4-6 weeks. This is July 29th and they STILL do not have our trailer ready. We have called dozens of times to check on status and are given the runaround every single time. We run a business that requires trailers and this is just unacceptable. They did not call us one time to explain or try to rectify the situation....only took messages for someone to call us back when we tried to get an answer.
