I called and email on several occasions and all I received was we have a 30 day policy. No I'm sorry it's not working, how can we assist you, or we value our customers...nothing. So if you buy a big ticket item from them and it doesn't work, you will be at fault for buying it, they will not care if it works, they will take your money and run. My fiancée and I are buying a lot of stuff for our new house and found 80% of what we need here for a steal. We bought about 15 items today (most of which were in boxes) and they didn’t let us buy them before they made sure they didn’t have ANY damage. They opened the boxes, pulled out the items showed them to us and then repacked them.

They were very patient with us deciding what we wanted and were there to help with any questions we had about inventory, availability etc. Walked away with lighting, bathroom vanities, ceiling fans, outlets, and a bunch of other things.
