I never write reviews but today is the day! I decided to take my daughter here for a fill in, the salon we usually go to is closed on Sundays. We use to go to this salon before ownership changed, so I figured we’d give them a try NEVER AGAIN!! Long story short Austin was amazing very nice young man but when Ana needed to finish the service things changed drastically. My daughter did not like the gold glitter that was done so she asked for black. Ana, being in a rush decided to put black gel polish over the gold gel instead of removing the gold first. She also spoke to my daughter in a ton that made her uncomfortable while questioning her! Once my daughter was finished and removed her hand from under the light. Ana had already begun to start a pedicure so she walked back over to my daughter stood over her and poured a ton of oil on her cuticles! This was to the point were you could visibly see it dripping down her hand and it got all in her jeans as well. When I voiced my concerns her response to me was “WHATEVER” she then said your daughter needed the extra oil. Her tone was extremely rude!! As a Licensed hairstylist myself I know Customer service is everything! The way she made me and my daughter feel they will never get my business again.Now fast forward here we are later this evening and the nails she painted black over the gold are PEELING! UPDATEthe name says it all.. I love telling my car to call the nail spot. Some of these 1 star reviews are from the previous ownership. NEW ownership NEW management. The previous owners left a horrible taste in my mouth after trying them once a while back.. fast forward to now they were the only ones open on a Sunday... & Holy smokes I discovered this hidden gem. With working in a warehouse my nails usually always chip whithin days.... NOW they last 2 WEEKS and that's just because my sister and I choose to get them done in that time frame. Love this place. After living in Dacula for 6 years.... It's the best one with all the way around, over all experience 💅🫶💖🏆🎯💎 call and make an appointment now ladies.. you won't be disappointed. So glad my sister and I found this place. We had a normal place we would go and have our sister day. Unfortunately, the past times @ our old spot weren't so great. We found this place and now it's our NEW SPOT. Great customer service and honesty one of the best shape ups around my nails if had in a while. I’m not usually one to leave a negative review on businesses and establishments but definitely had to. I walked in with intentions of getting my nails done a little after 11am on a Thursday morning (yesterday) they were NOT busy at all only had 1 customer getting a pedicure. The ladies were not welcoming and just stared at me, when finally asking me what I needed I asked for a full set. They all did not move an inch as to show they’re willing to help and after an awkward pause the lady doing the pedicure asked me if I had an appointment and of course I didn’t. And clearly seeing that the workers were just lounging in the massage chairs figured they’d be available. They didn’t bother getting up. After another awkward pause of all of them looking at each other I just excused myself out because they were not willing to simply even answer any questions or show any signs of willingness to help. Was hoping I’d find my new nail place. Back to the search I go. This place should practice customer service protocols and learn a bit. Probably losing customers with their attitudes.
