I went to this location on my 45 min lunch break with 2 co-workers An had the worst service ever!! There was only one person working. We ordered 3 subs an while our subs were being made the phone rang. The guy answered the phone an proceeded to take orders over the phone while our food was open laying on the counter. After 15 mins of him being on the phone I asked him could he please finish our food we were on a lunch break An needed to get back to work. He said in just a min then he took another 10 mins to hang up. When he came back over to the counter he had an attitude An said phone call orders come first , I asked for his name an he said Patrick an now you can leave. He refused to finish our subs an he walked in the back am refused to come out. In that time 2 other people came in wanting food too an they witnessed the whole thing. We never got our food an Patrick who I later found out was a manager refused to service us. He also called the police an no one was acting out of control but him, We just wanted our food so we could go back to work. Needless to say we were out of time on our lunch so we had no food at all. Do not go to this location at all especially on lunch break!!! An Subway these are the kind of people you promote into management ??? REALLY ?? He needs to never work in a customer service or retail...
   Read moreWorst Subway experience I’ve ever had. Even though I placed a mobile order, I still waited in line to ensure my order would be ready on time. When I reached the counter, the staff member asked if she could take the customer behind me first! I had already been waiting, and my order was placed first—of course I said no.
Then, while preparing my sandwiches, she touched her oily hair—completely unsanitary. When toasting my chicken sandwich, she tilted it, and all the chicken slid to one side. Instead of fixing it, she was going to build the sandwich that way—half of it had no meat at all! I asked her to spread the chicken more evenly, and she just smeared it around with a handful of lettuce. Absolutely disgusting.
Finally, it was messy. The marinara from my meatball sub ended up on the outside of my chicken sandwich wrap. The whole thing honestly didn’t even seem like human food.

However, my experience with the African American lady with chest tattoos has been consistently rude. During my initial interaction with her, she threw my pizza across the counter. On my recent visit with a few colleagues, she promptly informed me that pizzas were unavailable because they hadn't been thawed out, indicating they weren't prepared to serve customers. No effort was made to resolve the issue. As an employee of nearby businesses that often recommend eateries in the area to clients, I regret to say I cannot endorse this establishment. I will be advising our clients to seek dining options elsewhere due to the disappointing customer service...
