Disgustingly serving returned pizza. The last few times I've ordered from this store there has been issues with my order, and the staff has offered no resolution. The staff is made up of a bunch of kids and a grumpy rude manager. My last delivery looked like someone had dropped the pizza bag because all of my pizza toppings were on one side and totally inedible. I was offered a full refund instead of redilvering my order, but I never received it. So I paid for dinner twice that night. Today I ordered a simple NY pepperoni pizza but when I arrived it was a medium pepperoni instead. The cashier apologized and offered to remake it... I didn't have time to wait as I had an ice cream order to pickup. I asked, "if I order it again and come back will it be right this time?!" She replied "if you're coming back don't place the order again... You keep that one and I'll remake it for you!" When I returned to get the pizza 20 minutes later, I was met by a grumpy older white guy who I'm assuming is the manager. He said "we fixed your order but where's the other pizza?!" I answered "its in my car" He made me return the pizza his staff offered me for the inconvenience while they stood there laughing. He never apologized for any inconvenience and claimed he was donating the pizza to the homeless, but I know that legally once someone takes a food order it can't be served again.    Read moreAbout a 2 weeks ago I was waiting on my order to be ready scrolling on my phone then a doordasher picking up an order that did not speak English comes in asking questions to the cashier.. it was a struggle with the language barrier between the cashier and him she tried her best and was VERYY kind but overall couldn't solve the issue so she gets who I believe to be her manager Another girl to see if she could help the Dasher the issue is solved and the Dasher leaves but then the real problem begins the manager (mind you she is white) turns to the cashier girl not even 5 seconds after the Dasher had left and proceeds to go on a 10 minute rant about how people who don't speak English shouldn't be having jobs such as a doordasher and needs to work in restaurants or places where people can understand them I'm a white male with a Venezuelan wife who struggles a lot with this so this hit home and hard for me.. the cashier kindly tells her that's a statement she should keep to herself n all people deserve a chance at a job and even suggest that it is their fault for not knowing Spanish. the manager lady proceeds on with her opinion 2 minutes later my order was ready so I left wanting to say something but I knew there would be no explanation worth hearing I debated on posting this and waited a while because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble BUTTTT things like this shouldn't be acceptable especially it being by a...

I called 20 minutes before they closed because I had been trying to place an online order to use my text promo code and it wasn't going through. The person taking my order apologised and gave me a different promo code that actually took off an additional $3. I received my order promptly but it didn't have the sauce cups I ordered. I called to see if the driver had mistakenly left them in her car but the associate on the phone told me the sauce cups hadn't been placed on the correct ticket that the driver saw. He offered to have the order remade which I declined and he insisted that he wanted to make the order correctly. He said the driver lived right by me and it was no problem. They had it back to me within no time and I'll just say I was very pleased. We will definitely be ordering from here more often as we are new to...
