So were do I start... Cold pizza, poor service and attitudes!
I ordered the gluten free pizza. I'm celiac. And, I'm also hypoglycemic. Which means I have to eat and I can't wait. Also p.s., I don't drink alcohol. Period! I can't help it. So naturally, when my blood sugar drops I have to eat!!! SO, not only did I wait 45 minutes for a pizza that only takes me 13 minutes to cook at home, it came out cold. So, no choice, I had to eat. It costs 7/8 dollars but the charge 18 here! I also purchased three shots for other people at the bar, they came out after my pizza!!! It took around 45 minutes for THREE shots to be served. WOW. Not to mention, oh but I am now, the staff NEVER came back around after I recieved the pizza. I NEVER got offered a refill on my drink. But hey, all it was, was water! So, I'm assuming now that there's no refills on water!!! Lol. SAD. I have read several other reviews. I know I'm not the only one with a problem with the service in this place. The card for games situation is so confusing that I was discouraged from playing any games as well. It's apparently 25 cents per play, but most games cost at least 10 plays. That's deceiving!!! Also, there's a constant police present. That's good to a point. But an overly aggressive police officer is THE LAST THING PEOPLE in this day and age, want to see especially at a place where teens hangout carring a gun! Like I'd be okay with a police officer watching me go to my car after I've already told the manager that I'm going to pay my bill, but that I've got to go out to my car to get more money. There's a serious lack of trust here. Anywhere else I go, I've never had a problem with that. But here, not so much. Actually, I was cool until I realized that they have no trust. I'm white, female, educated. Women run the world now because we generally try not to screw people over. I will NOT be back. And I'm including several photos and of my experience after the fact. Hope you all enjoy. Cause this place sucks. Just sucks. It did back in 2013....
Read moreWe come here probably four or five times a year. I’ve had business parties here birthday parties and just family fun days and have never had issues until Sunday evening. I could go into detail, but I’m not going to too much first we had to pay extra for VIP because there was a leak coming in And then there was also a wait for VIP quoted at 15 to 20 minutes. We had to wait almost 40 minutes and online there was nothing stating the twilight lanes were closed. Then I ordered some food from our server and there was a whole situation and she kept saying she I don’t know. I don’t know I don’t know and that the kitchen had a bad attitude and all they said was no, so I asked for a manager, and once the manager came over, I tried explaining myself to him and he did all, but tell me to shut up And dismissed me before I could even tell him an issue. Meanwhile, we’ve been at our lane for over 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten food so I asked for a discount because of how long this process is taken. He also dismiss that so I asked for a receipt so I could reach out to corporate and thankfully Kristen. The other manager came over and she was such a delight. She took my feelings in the consideration and did everything she could to make sure that we were satisfied, even brought my food to my table for me Went and got my condiments everything it was 100% turned around and then very last minute as we walking out the door, Xavier decided to walk up to me and then apologize and I think that it’s only because he saw Christian dedication and hard work. I was also told he got moved from another location since first week and if that’s how it’s gonna be at tequila with him as a manager, I will not return on his shifts. It was absolutely absurd, but all in all me and my family had a great time and had full bellies while doing it all thanks to Kristen. It does suck though we got there at 4:30 and we didn’t leave until 7 because of the wait and we only did an hour and half of...
Read moreHorrible visit. We arrived around 11am for the special they have on sundays. The guy told us he was booked up on the regular side so our only option was to go on the vip side which was more expensive. I went back up there 5 seconds later because I was having issues with the screen on the vip and the person who was behind me when I was in line was able to get a spot on the regular side. Anyways, the screen wasn’t working on the vip side. We were trying to type in our names and it kept reading that it was a network error. The staff came to reset the monitor but told us we wouldn’t be able to use the monitor for the rest of the visit because it would take a while to reboot. Then in the middle of our game, the pins would not reset so they had to move us to a different lane. After moving us to a different lane, the bumpers wouldn’t come up whenever it was time for my son to play. I went up to the desk to get it sorted out and the lady suggested moving us again. We were halfway done with our game so I did not want to have to move for a second time. A guy comes up and then says the only way he can fix it is if the bumpers stay up the whole entire time. I told him no I would not be okay with that. Somehow he was able to fix it to where the bumpers only came up when my son played. Throughout my whole visit, we played 3 games on the vip side and I had to go up to the desk for help at least 8 times. I expressed my frustration with having continuous issues throughout the visit and the staff just were looking around. Very unapologetic. I was very disappointed and with me having to pay extra for the VIP lanes, the experience was extremely unsatisfactory. Will not...
