BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Between my wife end I we have been regular customers for many years on the last few visits every time we ate here they overcharged us. The last time we ate here they charged us $5.00 for 2 Chile toreados (jalapeño) and $6.00 for 2 coke cans. We brought it up to the owner’s son attention and he changed it to $1.50 per coke can and he changed the jalapeño 2 pieces for $2.99. We have been eating here for over 10 years and they did not charge for the jalapeños. Whoever works in the kitchen does not speak English so you can not communicate. They are outrageous, they are trying to take advantage of the customers. I will never come again. They charge $3.50+ per taco!!! I have NOT been here in over 1 year and I don’t plan on going back. My go to place for true authentic Mexican food is El Indio! They have 3 locations…the best...

I am an Army Veteran with a service dog that’s been trained to mitigate my service connected disabilities.

On December 23, 2023 the manager of LaVictoria Carniceria, 102 Stanley Ct., Lawrenceville, GA refused to serve me because I had my service dog with me.

I explained to him that this is a service dog, I’ve been through 8 months of training with my dog, and Federal ADA law gives me and my service dog access to all facilities open to the public.

The manager said he didn’t care about any laws or fine, he owns the store and doesn’t allow any dogs

My wife tried to explain the law to him, and I tried to give him an ADA card that explains the law. He said - what do you want me to do, cut off my arm for you because you’re a veteran ?

Just want everyone and especially Veterans to know this place discriminates against disabled veterans if they have...

I've lived close to this store for 6 years, and I really started to appreciate it when Covid hit. Everyone was running to the big stores for food, and this little gem came through with what I needed at a non inflated price. Since then, it's my go-to store. Their vegetables and herbs are the best. Buying cilantro, I always thought that this herb had to be used right away because every single time that I bought it, it barely lasted 3 days without starting to go bad. I bought some from this store and used only half. After a whole week, the left over half was still fresh. Definitely the place to get your fresh goods! Not to forget their meat, it's also very fresh.
