Terrible customer service!! Two clerks in store. Two customers. Never asked me if I needed help. One clerk let me in a dressing room. Never came back to ask if I needed different sizes. I could hear them visiting with each other at the counter. I had to redress and come out to find different sizes. At that point I did ask one of the clerks to help me find different sizes. Went back to dressing room. They had given my dressing room to the other lady and hung the clothes I left in the dressing room by the counter. I wanted one of those items. Once in another dressing room for the second time.....never asked if I needed help or different sizes. Hope these ladies don’t work on a commission because I did buy 3 items with no help from them. I asked if they are suppose to ask customers if they need help, the clerk said “I just got here and the other clerk was here by herself”. No she didn’t just get there, she walked in the store at the same time I did and there was only two customers in the store. Next time I want Cato may go to...

I was helped by Casey. I came into Lawton because my mother had passed away and I needed to buy some clothing for the funeral. I called in advance and also when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the plus size section and they’re great selections. Casey also assisted me and was very friendly and kind. Not only do they have a great selection of stylish affordable clothes but the service I received from Betty was the best I have ever had while out shopping.
