I called the store yesterday to ask if they'd have the Nintendo Switch with $35 eshop credit in stock. The one advertised right now. The associate didn't know what I was talking about and asked his colleague. She told him which one I mean and he looked it up if they'd have it. After two minutes or so he told me he found it and yes, they have them in stock. I asked him if he could put one aside for me and I'd be there in around 20 minutes. His answer was no, he won't, because they have so many in stock and I most certainly will get one. Me, having all my hopes up, get in the car and drive to this store. I get there, and this associate was at the check out, he knew immediately who I was and what I was talking about. He made his way to the back to get it. Well, he came back empty-handed. Since he couldn't find it his colleague went in the back to check for it too. She also came back empty-handed. I got then told they are indeed sold out and apparently someone forgot to mark them out of the inventory. I got told they don't have it. They didn't have it at the time I called, even though he assured me they have enough there. I wasted time and gas to get to that store just to get send away even after I called to make sure this wouldn't happen. I got straight lied to on the phone out of simple laziness. It also seemed like none of people working there really cared about it or cared about me. That was the worst experience in a very long time.

We stopped by the store about 11:40 and they looked around and found the item we wanted - so that was great. However, when I checked my e-mail a few hours later, I found out that at about 10:30 (30 minutes before they are supposed to be open) that I got an e-mail saying “The store you requested does not have the product you selected available”. so if I had checked my e-mail, they would have lost the sale for the item we wanted and another more expensive item that we decided to buy because we went to the store...
Read moreThe guy with long hair and I believe wore a black pair of glasses was very rude and disrespectful and to make matters even worse, we were talking about a possible trade in and after coming to an agreement, he then declined my trade in after he had already factory reset my systems, and I asked him about what to do now since he had already done a factory reset, he then says theres nothing he can do and just smirked and stared at me until I asked him if he could put it all back in the bags, so I was honestly quite furious knowing I lost everything on my consoles after he completely waisted my time so thank you for deleting everything, will never step...
