Audio Tech — Local services in Lawton

Needed some computer cabling done and two flat screen televisions mounted to walls.

Two techs showed up, asked what and where their work was to be done and then proceeded to do an outstanding job.

They determined where to mount those television brackets and triple checked they were level. Then, making it look easy....up went televisions my wife and I could not have handled. Again, they made sure of level and placement.

After a short break, they put a switch into the garage and hooked up five CAT5 cables to it. Then, they installed CAT5 outlets - something our builder's electrician claimed he was not qualified to do - replacing phone outlets, which made sense to install by the builder's electrician. Next was to activate and check the CAT5 lines were "hot".

These guys not only knew what and how to do what we asked, but they were friendly and professional.

Not done yet, they made sure everything worked. They made sure to answer any questions we had. We couldn't have hoped for better service and customer satisfaction than these guys gave.

Later in the day, we stopped by to pay the bill and again, everyone was so friendly. I met the manager and the way he treats people only shows his employees are the same way.

I just recently had a Starlink dish/system installed at my residence by Audio Tech of Lawton, Ok. I couldn't be more happy as to how it all turned out from start to completion. I want to give a special thanks to the 3 individuals who made it happen. Soly Rodriquez started the ball rolling by doing a site inspection to determine it it was a doable project and setting me up with an install date. That entailed going up in the attic, walking around the house and speaking with my wife and I as to location of router. She is a very professional young lady with a friendly disposition and easy to work with. Also very knowledgeable in her job.

Next up comes the two installers Michael and Travis. These two guys hit the ground running and didn't stop until mission complete. And yes they did face some challenges but worked through them. Crawling around in the attic and working on the roof to install a Dish on the side of the house was not an easy task even though they made it look easier than it was with their " Can Do" attitude. They to were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in all aspects of their job.
