Laugh Out Loud — Attraction in Lawton

I threw my sons 4th birthday party here and had it was our first time ever going. The first impression that was given was terrible. We did a party package that was to include the room, decorations, unlimited drink refills, 3 pizzas, a host and game cards filled with 10 dollars each. Shortly after we arrived we were told we got 2 pitchers of soda with one refill on each and after those were gone a large to go cup for each kid but no refills on that as they said " that should get them through their time " I brought up the website that clearly lists "unlimited" drink refills but that got us nowhere. Our drinks did not in fact get us through our entire time there and quite frankly is falsely advertised because there is no definition other than the statement unlimited refills that was provided online or in person until we had already paid for the room and this was just the first issue. We were not informed that the air had stopped working for the party room that they put us in which was just a very tiny room off in the back with no windows and on a very hot day with 11 people crammed in there. I asked for a fan and they didn't have any so i asked what can be done about it because I now was soaked in sweat and uncomfortable. I was finally told when we only had about 20 minutes left in our room that we could now move to the next room where the air was working and we could extend the time 30 minutes. We had basically finished everything by that time that we even needed the room for so I asked for a discount because it was really quite a lot of money to pay for this party when we now had 2 issues. I first was told I no discount could be done. Eventually a manager came by and gave me a whole 10% discount for the inconvenience. I accepted because it was clear they really don't care about their customers and I still needed to try and enjoy the day for my son. We did have fun with the games and the pizza wasn't terrible. My son had a great time with his friends which in the end is all I wanted to celebrate his special day. I would never buy another party package or return to this establishment though thanks to my experience. For almost 200 bucks we could have found a much better alternative with no issues, false advertisement and air...

We had our soccer party at LOL and the kids had a blast. The person who we coordinated the party with was fantastic. He was very friendly and was always checking in on us to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. He was even nice to let me know he was off shift and who we could speak with if we needed anything. At this point we were no longer using the room but he wanted to make sure we were still being taken care of. He told us thank you for using LOL for our party multiple times and was always willing to help. The worker in the blowup slide and kids play area was very nice and friendly as well. The kids loved playing laser tag, the games and playing in the play area. The pizza tasted great and the lemonade was delicious. They provided all of the party supplies for us and it was decorated when we got there. Everything was setup and it was a quick easy cleanup at the end. We bought the Family 4 package that comes with 2 large pizzas, 4 drinks and (4)$10 game cards for $50 + tax. We also wanted to play laser tag, so we paid for 3 individual games of later tag at $5/game. After playing on what we thought was $10 game cards, we went to play laser tag and they told us we had ZERO credits for laser tag, despite us paying for it PRIOR to. We went back to the front counter and THEN they tell us that the laser tag game is credited on the game card as $5, and we probably played up all the credits and that they couldn't credit us back the laser tag games. So essentially the $10 game cards ended up being $15 game cards and we weren't advised that we needed to reserve $5 in credits to play laser tag. They need to do a better job and explaining how things work for first time customer, as it makes for a bad customer experience, when you're not througholy explained how things work and refuse to credit back things that were paid for and...
