Use to come in to see what video games they had going on, mainly for old school gamer systems. We have to travel over 30 minutes to get there. They always say come on down and we'll make a "deal" on whatever the subject world be if they didn't have prices listed which would be a pain going sometimes and not finding what you're looking for. The store cleanliness isn't very good, but we didn't mind just going to try to buy somethings. We bought multiple systems from them from Sega Genesis, N64 and ps4 and Xboxes. They tell you if you're having any problems just let them know and they'll take care of it. The Sega Genesis system was guaranteed to work along with the N64 system and they don't work. After being told at the store of the purchases that they will fix clean any problems they'll have if any, we wouldn't get a reply back or any acknowledgement of the problems reported. They get upset if a customer gets on the phone to look at price charting to help with buying decisions which should be fair. After giving this place more chances than some people do their ex's we realized that they will not honor what they say and will do what others had tried warning people before. I wouldn't recommend buying any video game systems from them. Be mindful of this place is the best advice anyone can give on it. Will just take our lesson learned...

Always the best, cannot complain. My family goes here as much as we can. They are definitely the best place in town, at least to us hopefully ours too. They have the older games, games systems(as supplies last), geek/nerdy like stuff, and anime stuff like the Funko pops and different display/action figure/collectibles. And the service of the people there is so much more then could be asked for, they are always really friendly and help with anything they can and if they can't help with something(which I don't think I'd had that problem) then they have the knowledge and are nice enough to point you in the right direction. They are very family friendly which is so nice, have never had a problem when taking little one in to look at something or anything. Couldn't ask for a better store in town honestly. I would also like to point out that they have always been welcoming and someone is always happy to help. I love that it has that small, whole in the wall, mom and pop store feel to it, I think that's one of the best...

I have been following the facebook page for a while and I was excited for another hobby/toy/comic shop in the area. My family and I decided to try checking it out the other day. The only guy in the shop was sitting at a computer on his phone and couldnt even be bothered to glance in our direction. Whenever I would ask a question he would act put out and annoyed. Basically, I get the feeling this is just a hangout for a few people and by the customer service seems as though selling anything takes back burner. This feeling leads me to believe the 5 star reviews are just friends of the owners/workers trying to burn out bad reviews. It could be a cool shop if they hire people who care.
