The plastic bottom of my bumper got stuck under my car and I had to pull over at a gas station. I called the shop and they offered to come get me and tow my car to their shop for a VERY reasonable fee. When the tow truck arrived the dude (who was super nice) took 30 seconds to unbolt the plastic piece, toss it in his passenger seat, and say goodbye. Not sure where to begin. I seriously can’t thank Mac enough for working with me when my ins company denied the claim. The guy is beyond a good dude. Mac's has responsible, competent, and kind employees. Obviously no one is in a great spot when they're using a wrecker service but these guys made a tough situation better. Mac's made sure to hold my car from being destroyed until I could get my personal belongings out of it...
