Buyer Beware

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this company. They advertise their products as factory sealed and brand new, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I drove over an hour expecting to find legit deals on name-brand products—what I walked into instead was an overpriced thrift store attempting to run as a retail operation. The item I went for was clearly opened before, missing key components, and definitely NOT factory sealed or new as described. They’re buying returned or secondhand items and flipping them while misleading customers. If I wanted to sort through a pile of half-used returns and damaged goods, I’d go to a yard sale or check Craigslist. This place is all hype and no honesty. Total waste of time, gas, and patience. Additionally they will block you before you can give an honest review, hence why they are 5 stars and insist you pay a head of time before pick up....

I was SO IMPRESSED with Britt's picks plus. I went in right before they closed, but Amber still gave me a quick tour of the place, showed me where everything was, and was so professional and kind! I needed a last-minute Mother's Day gift, and found the perfect Lego set! Everything was sealed with all of the pieces. There were so many products to look at, and honestly so many things I wanted to get just because the deals were so good. I ended up purchasing a crockpot as well, which was also brand new, included all the pieces, and has worked perfectly. I constantly check their website for any new products and have been excited to go back! I can't recommend...
