My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with AVWORKX for a custom buildout of our home theater in the basement, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!

From the start, Eric, the manager, provided exceptional communication throughout the entire three-month process. He took the time to perform an on-site consultation and offered professional recommendations based on how he would personally design the system for the space. His attention to detail and involvement in each step of the basement buildout were invaluable in ensuring everything was completed exactly as planned.

The AVWORKX team installed a state-of-the-art 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound system, complete with a 130" screen and a high-end native 4K projector. The sound is crystal clear, and the picture quality is beyond stunning! Special thanks to Austin, the installer, who did an impeccable job. His installation was clean and professional, with everything looking sleek and perfectly integrated.

To top it off, they installed a Control4 system that syncs with the theater lighting, thermostat, and TV, allowing us to control everything from one simple controller. The level of customization and ease of use have truly enhanced our experience.

Today, May 14 2016 was my first experience at this audio store. My brother is in the market for mid level new sound equipment, I'm along for opinion and window shopping for what I might want when I build my house. My first impression when I found this on line was, that Avworx was a new store based on the fact that they only have one review at the time of my visit. However, they have been in business for over 20 years according to the owner. A week ago we met a gentleman at best buy who was looking for high end speakers. By chance he was here today at Avworx, and was purchasing speakers I would love to have but are currently out of my price range. There was a lot of laughter and jokes about following and stalking each other. That being said, I am very impressed with Avworx. After listening to the middle level speakers my brother was in the market for, I believe he purchased an excellent value for the dollar spent. My wife was impressed with the theater seating on Display, and I agree this is where I will buy my next set of living room seating. I could write a book on why. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I went in with a very basic knowledge of a home theater system and what I would need to complete my own. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and set me up with a complete system. I installed the system myself and made a few mistakes during install. After the theater was in they sent an expert out to fine tune the system and make sure everything was working the way it should. I am overly pleased with the system and even more impressed with the customer service they provided. In a world of internet transactions and call centers, these guys bring the good old customer service experience back with a vengeance.
