I came in to look at for a sectional, and just look around. The staff was friendly & helpful- they gave me space to look around without being pushy. I needed time to think over how it would look in our living room, and so I came back in a week or so later to look at it again. We went ahead with the purchase. The one in the store was sold already, so they ordered in another one, and I got a call the day before delivery to ask about a good time for them to bring it out. My elderly parents bought a new high top table and chairs less than 10 days ago and this weekend I kept picking up slivers off the floor and finally realized it was the chairs bottom rung chipping off. The owner had the nerve to tell my mom today that it happened because they “rough-housed.” Mom is 75 and my dad is completely bedridden. While the stores location itself is kinda out of the way. You would be doing yourself a great disservice if you end up passing up on this place if your looking for furniture. The exterior isn't anything to write home about but the interior is well maintained and neatly organized in its layout. The staff was more than willing to helping out and checkout was quick and easy.
