I came to grab a few things and rarely shop in store for my pets. When I went to the register to pay, the lady at the register was really pushy about things. She asked me first if I saw the treats and I said no I didn't need any because I had a ton at home. As if she ignored what I just said she then pointed out all the treats at the register and told me they were all on sale. I said ok. Then she asked me to put my number in to look up my account, so I did (I hadn't been to pet supermarket in ages so I didn't recall if i had signed up before). The account lookup didn't work and she said "oh you don't have an account with us?" sounding surprised. I said no, and that id rather not have one because I don't shop here often. She said Okay. Then she proceeded to say in a sort of tone "you know what it gets you right?" and I said it didn't really matter as i wasn't interested in it. She then ignored what I said and told me " it gets you 5$ back every 100$." I said nothing in response. She than rang me up and the total came out a little over $100. She then said again " see, you could have saved $100".
I don't know why she was so annoyingly pushy about the account or what her deal was, but I did not appreciate her pushing me on things I clearly said I did not want or need. Definitely will not be coming back to be annoyed by her again.
I will say though there was another female employee who was extremely helpful, wish I got her name but I think she had multi colored hair and she was really sweet and helped me in store and also to bring the heavy dog food bag to my car. She should be the one handling customer facing...

I had a transaction take place on 10/24 and realized after the fact that the cashier didn't apply my coupon to my purchase. The return was made right then and the purchase was the. made with the coupon pricing. It is now 11/10 and after multiple attempts in store to remedy the situation along with multiple promises to be contacted by "corporate" and still NO REFUND OR ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION!!! Next step if filing a grievance with my bank which I was trying to avoid. Great selection but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Update: Iāve tried calling the provided number that was in response and after submitting the prompt for Customer Service it rings with no answer then an automated message to leave a message in a FULL mailbox. If I could give ZERO...

When I first went in I expected another overpriced pet store, but they have a huge selection and great prices. I didn't believe them when they told me if my dog didn't go for their house brand I could bring in whatever was left for a refund, but sure enough, they made good on their word. While my dog didn't care for the house brand, they earned a repeat customer; they have a variety of other brands and I will continue to do business with them based on their superior...
