Harbor Freight — Local services in Lebanon

Extremely disappointed with Harbor Freight. We had an eye on a specific trailer since August of last year and it was never available at any stores near us. Finally, a week ago we see that our store in Springfield had a few. We get to the store and they do not have the trailer. They tell us that their Lebanon store (about 45 minutes away) has one. We call, they say they have it so we drive to go get it. We get there and they have the trailer ready. Two boxes, trailer and then wheels and hardware. My boyfriend notices the wheels aren’t the same and have 4 lugs instead of 5. Then he notices that the max weight for the tires is less than the weight for the trailer itself. He mentions it to the sales lady and she “the hardware will work” and “no one else has brought their hardware back.” We don’t want something that work, we want the right wheels. We ask if they end up not working can we take them back to our Springfield store and exchange them. She says yes. We call customer service a few days later and that is not in fact true. We have to drive all the way back to Lebanon to exchange these tires that we pointed out were wrong the first time. It’s very annoying we have to drive all the way back to exchange wheels. If Harbor Freight shipped between stores that would be helpful but...

Need tools,tools,tooools!? They have a huge selection. I had a buddy piece together a motorcycle engine stand for me from stuff here. It's fully customized. I never thought they would have the selection they did until I walked in. Check it out and start fixing stuff so your wife will quit hounding you..I mean really you should of already fixed it. But if you can't find the tool you need ,go get it! Make her day and have the honey do list completed! Go what are you waiting for? Quit ready this review and hit harbor freight! I just started shopping here maybe bout a year ago and fell in love with the store and all they had to offer, so I paid to be a member. I bought a $200 pressure washer, took it home and tested it but it was not nearly as powerful as what I was needing. I found a stronger one for good price else where so I took the washer back to HF today to get a refund with receipt in hand. The lady acted mad cuz I didn't wanna exchange it and she charged me $40 for a restocking fee. Who does that?? They charge you 20% to return items if you do not exchange for an upgrade. So be careful what you buy cuz if it cost $2000 and you need to return it, then it will cost you $400. They lost...
