The almost empty restaurant should have been a clue as to what we were about experience!
9 of us were attempting to dine there the other day. They sat us in the front of the restaurant closest to the street and furthest away from the kitchen. The first thing I noticed was the air conditioning was on high, it was freezing! It was in the fifties outside and it seemed warmer outside than inside the store We all had hats, coats, and gloves on at our table, it was that cold. After a little while I went up to the front and asked them to turn off the AC. I was told they were sorry, but no they would not because then the employees in the back will get hot. A little while later another person from our party asked the same question to a different employee and received the same answer. Then we asked to speak with a manager which never happened. After waiting a while we asked about the manager again and we were told he was to busy to speak with. At this point we told them if they didn't turn off the AC we would be leaving. They then turned off the AC in the front of the store. So after all that hassle we we're finally just waiting on our pizza, so we could eat and get this awful experience behind us... Well as you can probably already guess, we waited, and waited, and waited... Needless to say after over an hour of waiting we still had no pizza. We asked and we're told at one point that it was being cut and would be right out. Never happened. We decided enough was enough. So we got up to leave. On the way out we noticed the other group that was in the restaurant with us was standing at the front not looking so happy. Yep, they were having issues with this place also. Needless to say we will never be going back nor ordering pizza hut...
Read moreI ordered online, when the app said my food was ready I drove to the pick up window, I waited and waited for 20 minutes. Not a single face appeared at the window to help the car in front of me. I finally pulled into a parking spot to walk inside because at this point my food has been done and will be getting cold. Still was not able to talk anyone for quite a while, there were four other customers in side the building and the lady was just standing at the computer not helping anyone… finally she asked for a name after another 15 minutes of acting like she didn’t know what to do and said my food was still in the oven…. Obviously this store needs some help or more training, the restaurant no longer has booths or seating but can’t even keep up with take out orders. One thing for sure though at least communicate with the customers so we aren’t just standing around wondering what the heck just to wait that long and then have to go somewhere else because you lied about the food being done but really just waited our time. Me and at least one other customer walked out...

After we'd been there for 15 minutes, one guy came out to finish up some other tables, but didn't look over our way. Five more minutes went by, and then he came and took our order. We got our salads and sat to eat them. 15 to 20 minutes later, I heard the kitchen call our order up. Ten minutes later our waiter walked to the two other tables asking them if it was their pizza. It was obviously only barely warm when we got it. When we were almost finished, I asked for a refill and small box. We got the box...ten minutes later. No refill. I usually tip well. Not this time.
