Edit to add: after making this review I have shopped at this location a couple of times. I was just in and Ashley was working. I shopped around even tried on a few items as I was shopping with a friend. After we both purchased our items, Ashley had the police outside and had me trespassed from this location as if I were a criminal. Assuming she did this because I was polite and did not speak to her, or even look her direction. After this she has continued to harass me by leaving negative google reviews at my former place of employment. I have been a first hand witness to her discrimination on others based on appearances and attitude towards customers. I am thankful for all the times I did get to use the employee discount though.

Customer service at this location just keeps going downhill. “Ashley” always ignores customers and is on her phone. The other girl stuck working with her had to help all the customers while Ashley was on her personal phone on the sales floor. I grew up herein Lebanon and would regularly come to this location. I came to visit from Arizona and the 2 girl staff that were working Saturday evening were the rudest, most impersonable people I have come by at a business. Not greeting when you walk in, just them looking up and back to staring at their phones. I understand being busy and not greeting everyone but even when I say something they just look at you like they have no brain cells. Took my son last night and bought him a pair of soccer cleats (laces were dingy but tolerable). Came home and he wore them around the house for max of 30 minutes and made hot spots, so I went to exchange them this evening and they said they couldn't because they were dirty.
