Idk mayb I'm just sensitive or something (not really) but I called up ask about a certain make and model, ya kno as if it was a new truck right lol well 'she" said yes we do to which my reply was awesome cuz i watched a few u tube videos on it and it was the best in its category and obviously not ready available as i found out. So questioning further all with favorable responses the big final was DO U HAVE IT IN RED.. silence 4 a minute and I heard "Yes we do" thought I was gonna, welll nevermind that so I hurried around which is kinda funny cuz after some of the cancer treatments and side effects the fatigue and hip issues its never a good idea to think ur gonna take 1st place in actually anything lol moral of this is the simple damn fact it takes an effort to shower up throw some clothes on and get in the car and go. Just to find out they DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT MODEL IN OR EVEN KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT IT OR IF THEY'D GET EM . OH I wanted to .. yeah nevermind that 1 also but I was pissed. So just based on that 1 experience they lost me before they ever had me . I was even willing to pay the full mark up, now I'll just go back home and save enough for some accessories ordering online like so many others and avoid the blood pressure spike ta boot , sounds better to me the only problem with all this is I guess I'm not that different than most when ya get a positive confirmation on that new gotta get one or gotta have that "I want what I want when I want it" especially after you tell me you have it and even have it in that oh hell yeah color , hope the traffic lights are all green or I mite have to assume they were lol jk I was disappointed as hell from the experience and probably looking at rehab or at least a positive intervention, I'd probably get denied on those as well. Ok just to throw a bone to em the store is easy to get to and was clean when I was there and fairly easy to explore both hardware and liquidware lol They did have a vast range of name brand products and ect that's enough bone for this post . In all honesty I wouldn't be afraid to recommend em to the masses just not to this mass...

Went in here this last Wednesday Jan 31 while I was passing through the area I had skimmed the reviews and they looked good so I proceeded to go there.

I walked in and was greeted by a very Bohemian looking older lady in a full body length sweater with very thinning hair.

I asked her about the selection of kratom and which was the strongest, she showed me several brands I've never heard of then took me to a smaller cabinet with 2 shelves of Tianna/tianeptine and a 3rd shelf of what she called "kratom concentrate" I asked about what the blends were when she flat out lied saying "the purple label is green and red kratom blend" i bought it and walked out the door. As I got in my truck I looked up reviews on the product online then finding out it was tianeptine which if you have a heart condition it can be deadly for you. I walked back in stating "this isn't kratom" her reply was "what, in our training we were told it was kratom" so another lie then i demanded my money back when she refused telling me to find something more expensive and pay the difference or lose your money. These are all signs of a quality smoke shop. I asked her what sold the most or was most popular and she told me the crystal premium was so I took it paid more and left.

In my truck I looked it up online to see she lied again as it's not called crystal premium anywhere it's generically labeled premium it is a bottom shelf trash product with a mitragynine percentage of 0.86% that's the lowest I've ever seen it's basically left over trash kratom that's bottled and sold it's reviews are horrid.

From reading reviews on this business the owners and management don't acknowledge or respond to negative feedback only responding to glowing 5 star reviews which is sad. This place is dangerous and at minimum should be cited by the state they may have already harmed somebody with their incompetents. Do not trust this business at all if you value your life. I will never give them my business again I threw away the product as I don't honestly know for sure that what I bought is what it is supposed to be. This no way to...

I too would give this place a zero if it would let me. Been in the lebanon location on several occasions. Only one of those times did I receive any kind of "help". She was a very professional young lady. Unfortunately for the owner, on all other occasions I was either ignored or denied any purchases. Im a 43 year old woman. It's clear i'm over 21. Regardless of having the proper identification, I was denied any purchases by the short guy with poor hygiene that works there. He informed me that my teenage daughter had to come inside with me and show her i.d. to him before he'd sell me anything. I told him she wasn't 21, and as his sign stated, she could not enter. He continued to tell me it didn't matter. She had to show her i.d. to him. I was thoroughly confused and frustrated. I have never been told I can not purchase nicotine because my child, who was waiting in my vehicle, looked to be under the age of 21. Since when does it matter how old my children are on whether or not i'm allowed to purchase nicotine? I will most definitely NEVER shop at vapor...
